Born & raised in Waterloo, Dr. Spragg is a graduate of the prestigious University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
Dr. Spragg and his wife Sue enjoy spending time outdoors bicycling, motorcycling and boating. He is also the proud grandfather of Michael and Megan.
